The staff at the hotel were super nice and always ready to help, making my stay feel cozy and welcoming. the room was clean, comfy, and had a stunning view out the window that was just *chef's kiss*. Plus, the food at the hotel restaurant was top-notch! If I had to nitpick, the hotel could improve on communication about room assignments, but overall, it didn't dampen my awesome experience!

just did a honeymoon stay in ggn and it was incredible! the service at downtown cyber city was above par, from the warm staff to the smart tvs in the rooms - just log in to netflix and relax.

no intercom in rooms.
